Tesco Stronger Starts

We are delighted to let you know that we are taking part in Tesco Stronger Starts, our project " Tile Cross Academy - Duke of Edinburgh Award" will be put forward to a customer vote in Tesco stores. Voting will commence in store from the first week in April 2025 until the end of June 2025.

Tile Cross Academy will deliver the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award by purchasing tents and musical instruments to enable pupils to complete their expedition and skills sections.

The project with the highest number of votes across our region will receive approx. £1,500, the second placed project approx. £1,000, and the third placed project £500.

Please see below a list of stores taking part in the voting on our project. Feel free to share this list of stores amongst our supporters and within our community.

To vote, you will need to make a purchase within store. You will receive one token per transaction and it's not necessary to purchase a carrier bag in order to receive a token. 

Please collect a token and put it in the Tesco Stronger Starts collection boxes marked with Tile Cross Academy - Duke of Edinburgh Award
