School Reopens After Flooding Thanks to Team Efforts

Last week, torrential rain caused unexpected flooding at our school during the Senior Leadership Team’s (SLT) weekly meeting. Despite the disruption on Thursday, the SLT immediately sprang into action, joining forces with the cleaning team and other teachers who were working late to address the flooding and prevent further damage.
Their quick response helped minimize the impact on classrooms and common areas, ensuring that essential spaces remained usable. On Friday, the site team took over, completing the cleanup and necessary repairs.
Thanks to the dedication of the SLT, staff, and site team, the school was able to reopen on Monday as planned, allowing students to return without delay. The staff's hard work and teamwork were crucial in overcoming the challenge.
We would like to thank parents and families for their understanding and support during this time and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the closure on Friday. The safety of our students and staff was our top priority, and we’re grateful to everyone for their patience.
