Year 10 Football
The Year 10 boys football team played Small Heath in a cup fixture and were nothing short of superb. Compact in defence and charismatic in attack the boys wore the new TCA kit with passion and flair. The new kit has been kindly donated by Mr Miller. Leo Pendleton slotted home after a great TCA attack and Tile Cross went in at the break a goal up. In the second half Small Heath equalised and in the dying minutes of the game TCA pushed for the winner. The final whistle blew, and the game ended 1-1. The game was to be decided in a nerve-wracking penalty shoot-out. The TCA players all held their nerve and slotted their penalties away and Kieran Lewis made an incredible save to win the shoot out for TCA. Into the next round. During the whole game the students were a credit to TCA , they demonstrated our character virtues of Respect, Resilience and Responsibility.
